We're excited to announce that we're enhancing the Protection <360>® device protection plan benefits at no additional cost.

Starting October 1, 2024, you can enjoy:
  • Unlimited accidental damage claims, including front screen and back glass repair
  • Front screen repairs for $0 for eligible smartphones1
  • Back glass repair for $29 for eligible smartphones1
  • Front screen repair for $29 for eligible iPad Pro and iPad Air models;1 all other accidental damage is $99 for these models

Basic Device Protection

Want protection but without the extras? With Basic Device Protection, get unlimited accidental damage coverage, including $29 screen-only repair for eligible smartphones, and protection in the event of loss and theft and hardware service issues (mechanical breakdown). Plus, get unlimited technical support through the P<360> app. You can also file and track claims, view your plan and deductible information, and find useful tips tailored specifically to your device — all from the app.

Additional Information

Easy online self-serve access is available at mytmoclaim.com. You can also file a claim by using the Protection<360>® app or by calling 1-866-866-6285.

Have the following information ready:
- Make, model, IMEI and details about what happened to your damaged or lost device
- Contact info (Have your my.t-mobile.com user ID and password handy so we can verify your identity. We may ask you for your picture ID in the claims process.)
- Payment method for service fee/deductible
- Shipping information (domestic U.S. only)

For Protection<360> accidental damage (including screen-only repair) or loss/theft, you get up to five claims in any rolling 12-month period based on the date of the first repair or replacement. There’s no limit on hardware service (mechanical breakdown) claims.

For Basic Device Protection, there’s no limit on accidental damage claims (including screen-only repair) or hardware service (mechanical breakdown) claims. For loss/theft, you get up to two claims in any 12-month period based on the date of the first repair or replacement.
